Goose Egg

Poor Emmy got her first big ol' bump and bruise last week. She was crawling out of our living room and when she went off the carpet onto the hardwoods, her little arm got stuck and she just face-planted as hard as she could. By the time I could rush over to her and scoop her up, she had the biggest bump on her head. I had never seen anything pop up that fast. It frightened me quite a bit, but I knew she was fine. (She got more ticked off about the ice pack I tried to put on it.) She was back to her normal self within minutes, but she still looks pretty pitiful. Of course, I had to document this with some photos.
